Visa Application Assistance

It is the very important step of acquiring overseas education. The student’s documents of admission, blocked account, insurance, and other relevant documents are required for Visa application process. This process will commence with visa appointment.

Once the student gets visa appointment, the student has to complete necessary application forms with relevant information and supporting documents. The bio metric of students will be taken at VFS Global where the visa application documents are submitted.

Once the bio metric of student has taken by VFS Global, the documents will be send by VFS to the German Embassy under the jurisdiction of the students. VFS will not accept any application submitted by student outside his or her residence jurisdiction.

Generally, it takes minimum 1 week to 6 weeks to issue the visa. The visa will be stamped in the passport and send by courier to the students. If the visa is rejected, the reason of rejection will be mentioned. The student can apply again for visa in Germany, once visa got rejected
